Re Usable Surgical Gloves

Re Usable Surgical Gloves are powdered types and can be autoclaved for multiple use. The gloves shall maintain their properties when stored away from direct lights & UV-light, in a cool & dry condition at temperature not higher than 30 C.

Polymer Coated Surgical Gloves

Several coating technologies have been developed to reduce the amount of powder or to replace powder used in the manufacturing of medical gloves. Historically, powder has been used to facilitate the release of gloves from formers during glove forming and to aid in glove donning. However, polymer coatings in combination with chemical lubricants are often applied to the glove surface to provide

optimum wet and dry donning capabilities.

Truskin has in-house compounding facility which can cater to manufacture customised products. The gloves are produced in an automated dipping machine equipped with speed controller, temperature controller, level controller, flow controller, product counter and online ink jet printing facility.

The plant is supported by uninterrupted power supply, water supply from the CSEZ. It has a centralised effluent treatment plant. The heat energy required for the process is utilised from wood-fired thermic fluid heating system backup with Furnace oil fired thermic fluid heating system. The infrastructure includes adequate chiller facility required for the process.

Inspection & Packing

The plant has the facility to do 100% inspection of the gloves that are produced and manually walleted and pouched in an automated sealing machine. This enhances the consistent seal integrity of the packed product to retain the sterility.

QA Testing

The lab is well equipped for testing all raw material, packaging material, inprocess tests and finished product. Some of the sophisticated equipment are Tensile Testing machine, UV-Spectrophotometer etc.

Storage

The plant has the infrastructure to store the Raw Latex in bulk tanker. This enhances for better homogeneity. Separate storage space all other chemicals used in the process to avoid mix-up. Sufficient storage space for storing WIP and Finished good. The plant is structured in such a way that the material handling is minimal.
